NCPSA 2010-2011 Annual Report

The 17 associations reporting this year to NCPSA represented a total number of 5,092 member schools with an enrollment of 883,197 students. This included a total number of 2,294 accredited schools with 588,227 students.

NCPSA Tri-fold

The NCPSA tri-fold gives a historical account and description of the need for the National Council, private school accreditation, and private schools.  The NCPSA tri-fold is the first in a series of publications that NCPSA is producing to help educators communicate the need for peer evaluation, continuous improvement and quality assurance that accreditation provides.

The NCPSA Tri-fold “Your Child is in an Accredited School” is the second in a series of publications produced by the National Council to speak specifically to parents on the need and importance of accreditation. “Your Child is in an Accredited School” addresses the questions parents have concerning accreditation and the quality assurance of the private school their child is attending.

NCPSA Manual for Recognition of Accrediting Associations

The NCPSA Manual for Recognition of Accrediting Associations for Early Childhood, Elementary, and Secondary Private Schools is an extensive document covering the history, rationale, procedures, and standards necessary for an accrediting association to become a member of NCPSA. The information contained in the NCPSA Manual is foundational to accreditation and can be easily and effectively utilized by Accrediting Associations, Educators, Schools, and State, National, and International Government entities who need to better define their accreditation activities.

Handbook for the Recognition of Early Childhood Education Programs and Schools

The NCPSA Handbook for the Recognition of Early Childhood Education Programs and Schools is an extensive document covering the Early Childhood Educational procedures, and standards of NCPSA. The information contained in The NCPSA Early Childhood Handbook is foundational to Early Childhood Education and can be easily and effectively utilized by Accrediting Associations, Educators, Schools, and State, National, and International Government entities who need to better define their Early Childhood Education activities.
